Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Retail Outfitter to join our team and help create a world-class shopping experience. You will deliver legendary customer service and share exceptional product knowledge with every guest.

Reporting to the Retail Manager- Hardlines, you will evaluate customer needs, offer thoughtful recommendations, promote-store programs, and maintain visual standards across the sales floor. A passion for the outdoors and knowledge of trends will help you excel.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ sales or service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations based on needs.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Ability to use good judgment and logic.

• Respond to and resolve customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope.
• Assist in other areas of the store when business needs dictate.
• Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors by maintaining knowledge of trends and emerging technologies that relate to the outdoor lifestyle.
