Qualifications

• Guest services experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Canadian driver?s license with clean record
• Ability to work holidays and weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Provide ski valet services, including handling equipment.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with luggage and other needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized guest service area.
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments
