Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to support monthly parking customers, guests, and internal stakeholders. You will handle high-volume written and phone inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude, acting as a brand ambassador in every interaction.

The role requires excellent communication, detail-orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining data integrity in our CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment; preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a background check in accordance with policy and laws.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for monthly parking customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence per SLAs.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Support customer retention with high-quality service experiences.
• Assist customers with account setup and web-based platform navigation.
• Process transactions including new sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
• Enter and maintain customer data and payment details in CRM.
• Document interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
