Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. in Oshawa is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative for Lakeridge Health. The role handles high-volume calls and emails, delivering exceptional service to monthly parking customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain strong data accuracy, and act as a brand ambassador in every interaction. This seasonal full-time position runs Oct 13 to Nov 6, 2026, with a Mon-Fri 3:00pm-10:00pm shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must successfully pass a background check as per policy and laws.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and provide eligibility documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for monthly parking customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and written inquiries per SLA.
• Resolve customer inquiries, requests and complaints with empathy and accuracy.
• Support customer retention with consistent, high-quality service.
• Assist customers with account setup, maintenance, and web platform navigation.
• Process transactions including new sign-ups, updates and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM, including payment details and notes.
