The LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support shopping experiences in Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will operate the POS system, help customers with product questions, accept donations for Spirit of Sustainability, and assist with stocking, inventory, and store cleanliness.

Willingness to lift up to 40 lbs, be at least 18, legally able to work in Canada, and, while bilingual English/French is a bonus, strong teamwork and customer service

Qualifikationen

• Legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN/Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable supporting customers and working with teammates.

Aufgaben

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system, delivering an outstanding experience.
• Ask for donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products and keep the store clean and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg while standing for long periods.
