Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. The on-site role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service, handling POS transactions, stocking shelves, and participating in sustainability and survey campaigns.

Applicants must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates.
• Legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system and ensure an outstanding experience.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, and keep shelves clean and organized.
• Support campaigns such as Spirit of Sustainability and postal code surveys.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg and stand for extended periods.
