Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a Temporary Customer Service Representative for the Yonge Parkade at Eaton Centre in Toronto. This seasonal, part-time role starts October 17, 2026, with an end date of October 31, 2026.

The CSR handles high-volume inquiries from monthly parking customers, transient guests, and internal stakeholders, delivering accurate, courteous service. The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for monthly parking customers, guests, and stakeholders.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints with professionalism and accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer data, payments, and notes in CRM.
• Process account sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
• Ensure all interactions are documented in CRM systems.
• Maintain data integrity and adhere to SLAs.
• Coordinate tasks and support across locations and departments.
