Reimagined Parking is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Toronto for casual, on-call shifts across multiple city locations. Start ASAP with no fixed end date and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume inquiries via phone, email, and written requests, updating customer data in CRM, and processing transactions. Prior experience and strong data entry, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service in high-volume environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check per policy and laws.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and provide eligibility documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for monthly parking customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and written inquiries with quality and SLAs in mind.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Support customer retention through high-quality service experiences.
• Assist customers with account setup, maintenance, and web platform navigation.
• Process transactions including sign-ups, updates, and cancellations; document in CRM.
