Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking an Event Parking Supervisor for Scotiabank Arena. This seasonal, part-time role focuses on safe, efficient guest vehicle parking and delivering top-tier service.

You will respond quickly to guest requests, interact with customers in a caring manner, and collaborate with the Account Manager, Operations Manager, and Shift Supervisor to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service experiences for Scotiabank Arena guests.
• Direct customers to parking facilities and assist with meters.
• Process refunds and manage cash transactions and deposits.
• Conduct daily site inspections and coordinate with staff and managers.
• Maintain site systems and communicate with other departments as needed.
