Job summary

Old Navy in Canada is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our style to life for customers. You’ll engage shoppers, deliver exceptional service, and use product knowledge to educate and inspire wardrobes across omni-channel channels.

Work with the leadership team to achieve store goals, handle daily operations, and maintain a neat environment. You should be 16+ and legally eligible to work in Canada; flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or demeanor aligned with brand experience.
• Ability to educate customers about products and loyalty programs.
• Comfort with using technology tools and registers in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
