Old Navy in Calgary seeks a full-time Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll engage shoppers, educate on loyalty programs, and use omnichannel tools to create a seamless shopping experience.

Join a fast-paced retail team, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to store goals. Must be 16+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and comfortable with technology and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools (mobile devices, apps, registers).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays; with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to stand, walk, move, and lift up to 30 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Support store operations and maintain a neat, organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues.
