Old Navy in Surrey, BC is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for our customers. You will educate, inform, and wardrobe shoppers, delivering a best-in-class experience through in-store and omni‑channel service.

Collaborate with leadership, support sales floors and fittings rooms, promote loyalty programs, and drive sales with friendly, proactive service. A passion for retail, strong communication, and flexible availability (holidays, evenings, weekends) are required.

• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues—returns courteously and professionally.
