Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate in Canada to bring our brand to life for customers. You will educate, inform and inspire shoppers, helping them compose outfits while delivering an exemplary omnichannel experience.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to create a best-in-class customer journey, drive loyalty, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Availability for a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, move around store and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to learn and use technology tools used in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and deliver brand loyalty.
• Inform and inspire customers about products to help assemble outfits.
• Provide excellent omnichannel customer service and support.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues.
