Job summary

Terroni is seeking dedicated Seasonal Bakers for our Spaccio East Commissary in downtown Toronto for the Holiday Season. You will report to the Head Baker, preparing, proofing and baking breads, pizzas and related items for our stores and commissary. This is a full-time morning-shift role with a 4:30 am start.

What we are looking for:

Dedicated and experienced Seasonal Bakers to join our diverse and passionate culinary team at our Spaccio East Commissary location in downtown Toronto for the Holiday Season. Spaccio East is our open concept commissary, storefront and fully licensed restaurant with two-floors of full service dining space. In this unique and beautifully designed space, customers can eat and drink while overlooking the kitchen as our chefs, cooks and bakers are busy making breads, pastries, pastas and other goods for our locations and for purchase at the storefront. It is a lively environment where wine, food and the theatrics of production meet. The ideal candidate will bring a hardworking and positive team spirit approach to working in a high volume kitchen environment.

Description of Role:

Reporting to the Head Baker, you will prepare, proof and bake a variety of bread and pizza products. This is a full time, 4:30 am start day shift position.
