Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client service and support store operations during peak periods. You will help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and assist with merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand.

The role is hourly, non-exempt with flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) and availability during nights and weekends. Prior retail or client-focused experience is preferred, with opportunities for bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia and Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

• Compensation ranges between CAD$18.00 - CAD$22.50/hr.
