Job summary

Sephora Canada in Dartmouth is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help create a welcoming client experience, maintain a stocked, visually ready store, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative beauty environment.

The role offers flexible weekly hours (0–14 hours), weekend availability, and nights as needed. Compensation ranges CAD$17.70–CAD$22.15 per hour, with potential bonuses, benefits, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$17.70 - CAD$22.15/hr.
