Job summary

Sephora Canada in Peterborough is hiring a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences during peak periods. You will support store operations, inventory, and onstage service in a fast-paced beauty environment.

The role offers hourly compensation CAD$19.20–22.60 with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits program. Availability for nights and weekends is required, with flexible scheduling across 0–14 hours per week.

As a Seasonal Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You’ll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr.
