Sephora Canada is seeking Seasonal Associates to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations at ON-Pen Centre in St. Catharines.

You will help maintain a visually ready store and assist with onstage service during peak moments, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The role requires flexibility for peak seasons, availability during nights and weekends, and a readiness to work in a fast-paced beauty environment.

As a Seasonal Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
