Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to join our St. John’s store in NL. You’ll deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

The role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) and a compensation range of CAD$18.00–CAD$22.50 per hour, plus bonus opportunities and benefits dependent on performance. Ideal candidates have retail or client-facing experience, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented

As a Seasonal Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client‑focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$18.00 - CAD$22.50/hr.
