Job summary

Schweitzer in Blue Mountains, Ontario is seeking an Aquatics Customer Service Representative for the winter season, part-time. You will welcome guests, help with lessons and events, issue wristbands, and maintain a friendly, smooth guest experience.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service, and CPR-C preferred. Strong teamwork and communication with all ages are essential; 2–3 shifts per week, hourly rate $18.31.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Standard First Aid and CPR ‘C’ preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all ages.

Responsibilities

• Check customers into facility issuing wrist bands, locks and keys, and towels.
• Cash handling and accountability for all monies.
• Maintain good public relations and satisfied guests.
• Answer phones and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work area at all times.
• Operate Jonas software to ring customer in, book swimming lessons, book birthday parties, enter season pass holders.
• Inventory tracking when required.
• Offer product knowledge of swimming programs and lessons being offered to customers.
• Registration of participants in swimming lessons, parties, and events.
• Maintain a clean facility at all times including performing cleaning duties of entrance ways, lobby, multi purpose, first aid and change rooms.
