Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the Seal Team and coordinate seal system development across design, verification, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, testing, and quality teams.
• Ensure seal architectures and engineering packages (3D models, drawings, BOMs) are complete and aligned with requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support customer deployments and field actions through technical analysis and corrective actions.
