Job summary

Jetson in North Vancouver, BC is hiring Sales Development Representatives to follow up on leads and drive high-volume sales. You will be the first voice customers hear, shaping first impressions and setting the stage for successful deals.

You will design sales approaches, manage lead flow from initial contact to close, work across direct sales, partnerships, and digital channels, and monitor metrics to hit targets. In-person role with flexible shifts in a fast-growing, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience with phone-based sales and lead follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for multi-channel outreach.
• Comfort with CRM and sales engagement platforms, and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals and test approaches.
• Oversee lead generation and move prospects through the funnel from initial contact to close.
• Manage multiple sales channels including direct, partnerships, and digital platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and adjust tactics to hit targets.
• Maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to inform sales strategies and product development.
• Markets include NY, WA, CA, MA with varying shift hours.
