CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced SDET Engineering Manager to lead quality engineering within the AI Detection and Response team.

You will manage a team responsible for end-to-end validation of AI-driven services, building test strategy, tooling, and automation across cloud backend and UI applications. This is a hands-on leadership role with coding, framework development, and mentoring responsibilities.

Formación

• 10+ years in software development/SDET roles with leadership
• Hands-on coding: test frameworks, distributed systems
• Experience building testing frameworks for Cloud SaaS/SOA
• Ability to define and drive team testing strategy
• Strong debugging and performance analysis skills
• Experience with cloud stacks and CI/CD pipelines

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of SDETs while coding alongside them
• Own testing strategy across functional, performance, and chaos testing
• Investigate production issues and write regression tests
• Review code/design with a quality-first lens
• Define quality gates across CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with backend/UI teams on testing standards and tooling
• Manage team capacity, sprint planning, and delivery commitments
• Contribute to observability and reliability improvements
• Recruit and develop top SDET talent
• Leverage AI tools to enhance testing workflows
