Job summary

Delos Data in Montreal is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to ensure reliability and performance of our AI infrastructure. You will build scalable automation frameworks and stress-testing suites for distributed systems, GPU kernels, and AI frameworks.

Responsibilities include creating end-to-end test plans, debugging complex failures with telemetry and profiling, and partnering with System Engineers to optimize performance and reliability at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills for automation and orchestration.
• Experience building or extending test automation frameworks for complex back-end systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated test failures in large-scale distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a robust automated testing framework for distributed AI workloads.
• Develop complex test plans covering end-to-end system integration and stress testing.
• Collaborate with System Engineers to debug deep-seeded issues using telemetry and profiling tools.
