Job summary

Fullscript is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to define and drive defensive threat detection, incident response, and AI-assisted SecOps across cloud, identity, endpoints, and apps. You will architect modern detection systems, leverage AI/ML for automation, and scale defenses for a fast-growing, AI-first infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and driving detection and response strategy across security and platform teams.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale detections, incident response, and security tooling.
• Ability to translate adversary tradecraft into actionable, low-noise detections.
• Strong scripting and automation skills for building secure workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-quarter detection and response direction across Security, Platform, and Engineering teams.
• Architect and maintain advanced detection logic across SIEM, cloud, identity, endpoint, and AI/ML pipelines.
• Lead AI-assisted investigation workflows to accelerate triage and containment.
• Mentor SOC team members and establish detection-as-code standards.
• Perform on-call rotation to respond to security incidents.
