Become the "glue": Bridge communication gaps between the Product Owner, Delivery Team, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution.

RPA Specialist:

Champion automation: Evangelize the value of the Automation Practice across CI, showcasing its impact and fostering collaboration.

Build for success: Lead the creation of clear goals and a well-groomed product backlog, while proactively removing roadblocks to keep sprints agile.

Master of metrics: Track progress, report key value delivery metrics, and ensure transparency throughout the development process.

Automation Controller: Manage and optimize process scheduling, resource allocation, exception analysis, and operational reporting for RPA processes, while providing first-line support and collaborating with RPA Developers for issue resolution.

What You Will Bring:

University degree or college diploma in the field of computer science and/or related field is an asset.

Minimum 1 year of RPA experience, and 2-3 years as a Scrum Master.

Scrum Master Certificate is an asset.

Understanding of RPA development; preferably UiPath.

Configure simple to complex robotic process automations (UiPath/Blue Prism) per business processes.

Working with the operational teams during the UAT and roll-out

Fixing bugs during UAT and SIT

Performing administrative jobs in the Blue Prism/UiPath live environment, for example, running processes, viewing logs, maintaining resource PCs, etc
