Scrum Master/ Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced AI Scrum Master / Project Manager to oversee the delivery of AI-driven projects. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of agile processes, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact AI solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Remove obstacles and ensure that the team is focused on sprint goals and deliverables.
• Guide the team in Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology.

Project Management Duties

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client and company objectives.
• Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, prioritize backlogs, and ensure clarity of requirements.
• Track project progress using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, and designers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Team Leadership and Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Promote best practices for project management and Agile methodologies within the organization.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance productivity and engagement.
• Create and maintain documentation, including project plans, roadmaps, and status reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, with at least 2 years in AI or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
