What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• SAFe and Scrum certifications
• Experience in Agile Transformation Programs
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Planview, Confluence
• Proven implementation of agile in various cultures
• Experience managing projects of varying sizes and complexities
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Experience in Banking or Insurance is a plus
