We are looking for a talented and technical Senior Scrum Master to join the Schwab Enterprise Delivery Enablement team to build interactive web applications and services. This position will focus on supporting the STS Testing teams, including End to End, Test Automation, Non Functional, Test Governance, and Test Environment practices. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives under ambiguity, and embraces change passionately. They have a hands-on role in managing the Scrum process within software development teams, helping teams adopt and improve Scrum methodology, coaching teams to higher maturity levels, and ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, organization, follow-up, and follow-through are essential. The Scrum Master will facilitate discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and promote Agile values and principles.
You will oversee all task activities assigned to the Scrum team, ensuring timely performance with minimal technical debt and high-quality output. You will interface with client personnel, developing strong working relationships with stakeholders through effective oral and written communication. Leading one or two Scrum teams, you will plan, develop, and test on large software projects, conducting all Scrum activities including sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and demos. You will manage the product backlog, remove obstacles, manage risks, and ensure all Scrum activities are tracked and reported daily. Experience managing software development projects using Agile Scrum is required. Certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSP, or CSM are preferred. You should have the ability to apply Scrum estimation techniques, demonstrate leadership, and possess excellent communication, time management, and team-building skills.
