Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Office Assistant program or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the internet.
• Demonstrated data entry speed and accuracy, 10,000 keystrokes per hour (45 WPM) with <1% error rate.
• An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical administrative tasks including data entry.
• Support clients in accessing cancer screening services and appointments.
• Handle reception duties and coordinate appointment management for the Screening Programs.
