The role is the first point of contact for students, staff, parents and the public, handles data entry in PowerSchool, collects fees, and prepares communications. Start date is casual and hours vary by assignment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for students, staff, parents, and the public.
• Assist with student sign-in/out, password changes, MyPass access, minor first aid.
• Maintain and update student information in PowerSchool.
• Collect school or program fees.
• Type reports and correspondence for administration.
• Prepare information booklets, newsletters, and communications.
• Manage attendance records and send letters/emails monthly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
