Job summary

MT Seymour in North Vancouver is seeking a School Registration Coordinator to support ski and snowboard programs. You will manage registrations, assist with school groups, and coordinate program logistics with internal departments to ensure a smooth visit.

The role requires strong customer service, solid Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication. Seasonal, full-time hours Monday to Friday, November through March, with 30–40 hours weekly; wage is 22 CAD per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

The School Registration Coordinator supports the administration of our school programs , with a focus on ski and snowboard lessons. The Coordinator manages registrations, supports organizers, coordinates program logistics with internal departments, and ensures a positive experience for visiting groups.

Responsibilities:
  • Keep Mt Seymour’s core purpose, ambition, and values in mind: We exist to create wow experiences!
  • Support schools by working directly with their designated organizer via phone and email communication, assisting with registration, maintaining accurate registration records, sending program documents, and providing ongoing administrative support.
  • Maintain open communication with Snow School, Rentals, and other departments to ensure schools receive the programs and services they have booked.
  • Update internal shared documents to maintain accurate information.
  • Assist with the arrival of schools during peak periods. Other related duties as needed.

Terms of Employment:
  • Position Type: Seasonal, full-time

  • Schedule & Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts typically beginning around 8:30 AM. Employees can expect 30-40 hours per week. Hours may vary based on operational requirements and weather conditions, including reduced hours during the first and final weeks of employment.
