Job summary

Winnipeg School Division in Winnipeg invites applications for two full-time School Psychologists from January 2027 to June 30, 2027. This role sits within Student-Centred Services, providing a continuum of psychological services to support student learning, well-being and classroom success.

You will collaborate with schools and families, conduct assessments, lead individual and group interventions, and contribute to professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
• Eligible for Manitoba School Clinician certificate (certification preferred).

SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST

TERM (full time) - two positions

January 2027 - June 30, 2027

Student-Centred Services of Winnipeg School Division, provides a wide range of multi-disciplinary services that help meet the educational, social, emotional and communication needs of students while working collaboratively with schools and families.

Within a three-tiered framework of service delivery in the Winnipeg School Division and as a member of the Student-Centred Services multidisciplinary team, the school psychologist will provide a continuum of services to support student learning and development that includes consultation, assessments, individual, group and classroom interventions, support to families, collaboration with external service providers and provision of professional development.

Required Qualifications School Psychologist:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in School Psychology or Clinical Psychology
• Must be eligible for, or in possession of, a Manitoba School Clinician (School Psychologist) certificate, (certification preferred)
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required
• Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills
