Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience maintaining and repairing stand-alone and networked computers, mobile devices, and hardware peripherals
• Experience with a wide variety of operating systems, educational, productivity, and telecommunications software

Responsibilities

• Receives, triages, and responds to IT requests, calls, and emails regarding technical problems.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves complex end-user problems; recommends and implements corrective actions.
• Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs technology hardware and peripherals.
• Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs software and applications.
• Tests network cabling and AV systems.
• Collaborates with tech staff to ensure efficient computing environment.
• Maintains IT records: requests, asset inventories, configuration documents, troubleshooting records.
• Assists with deployment of new hardware.
• Performs other duties to support IT department operations.
