The Halifax Regional Centre for Education (HRCE) is seeking a Custodian to join the Operations Services Department. You will help maintain clean, sanitary, and attractive school facilities, performing cleaning and maintenance duties in a professional and safe manner within department policies.

Positions may include various shift times (day, evening, nights) and may be altered to accommodate applicants seeking multiple part-time roles.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50lbs for cleaning duties.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work all shift schedules including day, evening and nights.
• Previous janitorial experience is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive appearance of school buildings and facilities.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in a professional, efficient, proactive and safe manner.
