• Plan and lead activities reflecting children's interests to support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
• Maintain active supervision while engaging in play.
• Document learning progress through observations and reflections.
• Create a safe, healthy learning environment.
• Assist with diapering, dressing, and eating routines.
• Foster strong relationships with families and involve them in learning.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to support children.
