Job summary

Compass Early Learning and Care (CELC) Millbrook is hiring Inclusion Support Educators for the after-school program from 2 pm to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. We seek energetic, creative educators to engage with children, families, and community partners in a kindergarten or school-age setting. Position is a contract role, 15 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on program funding.

Start date is September 8, 2026 and end date June 29, 2027. Apply by August 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience working with children.
• Knowledge of licensing standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities for after-school groups.
• Maintain active supervision and engage in play with children.
