Job summary

CAMH is seeking a full-time, temporary Research Manager for the Schizophrenia Division to oversee all study operations, recruitment, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on a large multimodal cohort project examining trajectories of outcomes and recovery among individuals with schizophrenia and related disorders.

The manager will lead staff, collaborate with investigators, manage budgets, and support grant writing while ensuring alignment with institutional standards and diversity

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical research field relevant to mental health.
• Proven analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading staff in a research setting; unionized environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all study operations, including recruitment and enrollment.
• Collaborate with investigators and stakeholders.
• Manage human resources including hiring, training and supervision.
• Provide fiscal management and monitor KPIs for reporting.
• Ensure adherence to REB and regulatory requirements; grant writing support.
