Job summary

The Cognitive Brain Health Laboratory at Sunnybrook Research Institute (SRI) is seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a dynamic clinical research program under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Rabin.

Our laboratory conducts innovative research in dementia, women's brain health, neuromodulation, and cognitive aging. This role focuses on research administration, project coordination, and research operations within a busy clinical research

Qualifications

Master's degree in a health-related discipline, public health, health administration, life sciences, or related field.
Experience coordinating projects or programs in healthcare, academic, research, or administrative settings.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional reports and grant materials.
Experience with REDCap and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with REB submissions and grant administration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational management of multiple research projects.
Prepare, submit, and maintain REB applications, amendments, renewals, and regulatory documents.
Coordinate grant administration: progress/milestone reports, budgets, and agency communications.
Draft and coordinate research, legal, and data-sharing agreements and institutional docs.
Maintain CVs, biosketches, publications, funding histories, and academic materials.
Maintain websites (Wix) and prepare electronic newsletters using Mailchimp.
Build and manage REDCap databases, surveys, and electronic data capture systems.
Coordinate meetings with collaborators, trainees, and stakeholders; prepare agendas and minutes.
Organize scientific meetings, workshops, conferences, and visiting speakers.
Ensure compliance with institutional, regulatory, and funding requirements; provide admin support.
