Job summary

Securitas Canada Limited is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor for the Peel/Halton Regions, Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM. You will independently manage, establish, maintain and review work schedules, match guards to posts, and control costs through effective scheduling strategies.

This full-time temporary role covers Sept 2026 to Oct 2027 to support a maternity leave. You will coordinate daily schedules, communicate with management and guards, monitor time off, and ensure site coverage across GTA.

Qualifications

• Highschool or College Diploma.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of related experience in the security industry.
• Detail oriented with strong planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, establish, maintain and review work schedules for Peel/Halton regions.
• Match available guards to posts, notify employees of schedules and changes.
• Control costs through effective scheduling strategies and after-hours support.
• Maintain site coverage and respond to emergencies, absences, and changes.
• Coordinate daily schedules and brief supervisors on changes.
