The City of London is seeking a Scheduling Clerk for Dearness Home in London, Ontario. You will schedule staff, update attendance in Kronos, prepare payroll reports and coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations.
Required: Ontario Secondary School Diploma, at least one year scheduling experience, and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and various software. Position is temporary full-time, onsite, with wage progression and VSC requirement.

Under the direction of the Administrator/Director of Care or designate performs scheduling as it relates to staff and records attendance information.
Start: $22.77/hr
6 months or 910 hrs: $25.06/hr
12 months or 1820 hrs: $27.60/hr
30 months or 4550hrs: $29.90/hr
Annual salary rate: $41,441.40 - $54,418.00.
This posting is for (1) temporary full-time position being filled on a temporary full-time basis for up to 1 year.
Work Arrangement: Onsite
This posting is for Day-time work. The successful applicant will be scheduled accordingly based off of the need of the Home.
