The File Hills QuAppelle Tribal Council (FHQTC) is a dynamic and progressive organization that provides a range of programs and health services which serve eleven First Nations throughout Southern Saskatchewan within the Treaty Four Territory.
The position will work as part of the FHQ Health Services Team based at the All Nations Healing Hospital, located in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK.
Reporting to the Director of Acute & Clinical Services or her designate, the Staff Scheduling Coordinator provides staff scheduling and ADP administrative support services to the departments of Health Services and All Nations Healing Hospital.
Utilizing electronic scheduling and time and attendance systems, the incumbent helps to maintain staff schedules, supports workforce planning activities, while ensuring compliance with applicable collective bargaining agreements, organizational policies, staffing guidelines, and operational requirements.
