  • Post hourly associate schedules weekly.

Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as our Scheduler, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

Scheduling
  • Post hourly associate schedules on weekly basis.
  • Process vacation requests; schedule replacement staff.
  • Replace all calls for sick, late, no show, vacation, LOA, Union leave, etc.
  • Maintain phone lists for all staff
  • Record, track and maintain call-out procedure and call-out documentation as per the collective agreement
Administration
  • Send posting information to the Union
  • Track and invoice the Union for granted Union leave
