Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of SAP consulting/engineering with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven leadership in guiding SAP teams and delivery across onshore/nearshore/offshore models.
• Strong English communication and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, proposals, and statements of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP engagements and act as trusted advisor to clients on SAP transformation projects.
• Oversee global project teams and end-to-end SAP delivery from design to deployment.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies with a focus on quality and productivity.
• Build strong client relationships and partner with account managers to manage expectations and escalations.
• Collaborate with consulting, engineering, architects, and project teams to design and implement SAP solutions.
• Develop and coach a high-performing SAP delivery team across multiple streams.
• Monitor continuouts delivery strategies and measure productivity across streams.
