Job summary

E&P Consulting is seeking a Project Manager SAP Data to drive data, analytics, and AI delivery within an SAP S/4HANA transformation on the RISE platform. You will coordinate across SAP, data, and business teams to create a coherent data delivery plan and ensure alignment of roadmaps, tools, and governance.

The role demands strong delivery execution, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on management of plans, RAID, and milestones across multiple workstreams; you will partner with senior leadership

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Data Workstream Lead within SAP, Data, Analytics, or AI-enabled programmes.
• Proven ability to drive execution, manage dependencies, and keep delivery moving in complex environments.
• Experience working across business and technology teams, translating direction into practical next steps.
• Comfortable operating hands-on with plans, trackers, RAID, and delivery artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day delivery of data, analytics, and AI-related activities within the SAP programme.
• Coordinate work across multiple data-related initiatives, ensuring plans, dependencies, and actions are aligned.
• Act as an integrator across teams, joining up business, SAP, data, and analytics activity where ownership spans multiple areas to ensure a consistent approach and plan remains in place.
• Develop and manage delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies for assigned data activities.
• Clarify and confirm roles for GPOs, CDOs and roles in the data delivery organisation; track progress, risks, issues, and actions.
• Support governance, standards, and ways of working across delivery activities; ensure quality and readiness.
