Job summary

Raise is hiring a SAP Supply Chain Professional in Burnaby, BC, for a 1-year contract. The role centers on end-to-end Category Management and Procurement & Sourcing Services, delivering sourcing strategies, market analysis, and compliant contract execution.

You will lead bid processes, coordinate RFQs, and ensure governance across FNDB and non-FNDB pathways, working closely with PCM projects and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of sourcing or category management experience.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing processes and commercial negotiation.
• Experience using SAP for PR/PO processing and release strategies.
• Advanced Excel data modeling and bid evaluation skills.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define sourcing strategy and manage project intake.
• Conduct supplier market analysis and determine vendor pathways.
• Develop and issue RFQs and competitive event documentation.
• Lead commercial evaluation and coordinate technical evaluations.
• Manage contract award and governance compliance.
• Facilitate PO creation in SAP and ensure FAAP compliance.
• Engage stakeholders and advise on procurement strategy and risks.
