Job summary

Graham in Calgary is seeking a Category Specialist to lead supply chain category strategies across materials and services. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, draft MSAs, and drive savings while ensuring alignment with procurement requirements.

The role requires 5–8 years in supply chain, proficiency with RFx, Excel, and Power BI; SCMP is a plus. Hybrid work from our Calgary office is offered, with focus on performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or technical field.
• SCMP designation or pursuing SCMP is an asset.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in supply chain with exposure to Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
• Experience with RFx events, drafting and evaluating suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional teams to develop and implement category strategies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define supplier solutions
• Draft, execute, and implement MSAs with key suppliers
• Promote MSAs across the organization
• Conduct spend data mining and analysis using Excel and Power BI
• Deliver targeted savings and rebates
• Manage supplier performance through regular reviews
