Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to analyze business requirements and design, configure, and document SAP SuccessFactors modules for client environments in Canada. You will translate business needs into functional specifications and coordinate with stakeholders.

The role involves leading workshops, assisting in testing, documentation, training, and ongoing support, with strong emphasis on Excel and project management tools.

Qualifications

Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management.
Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning Management configuration experience.
Experience with integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project.
Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors projects.
Ability to interpret business requirements and provide clear recommendations.
Experience creating documentation and training materials.
Experience leading client workshops.
