Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in client-facing roles with complex interface design.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, driving interface architecture and issue resolution.
• Define and manage integration scope for HR implementations across SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA HCM.
• Apply hands-on expertise in middleware platforms and lead offshore teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IBM teams providing technical leadership.
