SAP S/4HANA Migration Analyst - Inventory & Contracting

Job summary

Responsibilities include eliciting requirements for inventory and contracting workstreams, mapping as-is to to-be processes, performing fit-gap analysis, and translating requirements into functional specs for SAP configuration and development. Experience with SAP MM and Inventory Management, strong documentation, and UAT planning are required; healthcare or large enterprise exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience on SAP programs with strong functional knowledge of SAP MM/Inventory Management and contracting processes.
• Proven experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, data mapping, testing, and UAT.
• Direct experience supporting a full-lifecycle SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration is strongly preferred; Healthcare or large enterprise exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for inventory and contracting workstreams.
• Map current-state SAP ECC processes and define future-state S/4HANA processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and identify process and functional impacts.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP configuration and development teams.
• Support data mapping, test case development, UAT planning and coordination.
• Develop process documentation and end-user training materials.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical/functional migration teams.
